To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有去老趙睌餐,今天去到店鋪裝修煥然一新,店長也是一樣的男仕,我們點了3個菜,牛尾煲,春卷併盤和生牛肉河粉。但是,食品的質素和味道,口感跟以前完全不一樣,我想一定是裝修后,他們用了中央廚房做食物,所以,走樣了。我和太太非常失望,又少一間好食的地方了。
