To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日叫左外賣，食物質素非常好，朋友很滿意。可惜，我用whatsapp預訂外賣，經溝通後12:00到店取。我12:00到店，付款，問過店員需要等幾耐，店員只叫我等一陣。我以為嘅一陣，係15分鐘之內。明白你哋舖頭較細，叫客出舖頭外等合理。但外面冷氣滴水，三十幾度，你又唔同我講等幾耐，其實我泊左架車，如果你同我講等幾耐，我會番車等。結果我係出面等左一陣，唔對路番車等。到到12:20，我再落車入舖頭問，店員冇同我講得未，話比時間佢對齊野先比得我，當然佢語氣都唔係特別好，結果，原來佢對緊包外賣唔係我嘅。最後，我足足等左36分鐘，先拎到原本12:00拎得嘅外賣。而我原本約左朋友食飯，足足遲左一個鐘大家先有飯開。究竟係咪甩咗單？冇人打算話我知。我只希望你哋往後處理唔到嘅訂單，唔好拍心口接。永遠比客人有expectation等幾耐，好過個客一直乾等。仲有，作為熱門黃店，更加要做好本份，唔好做衰黃店個朵。另外，個日見到壽司師傅們口罩冇帶好，見哂鼻同咀，呢個時勢會唔會唔太好？Sorry ，野食再高質，我都唔會番轉頭。
