To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日早上叫嘅外賣，叫左三樣嘢食:鮑汁豬腳，鮑汁神掌，醉雞，一共用左$168。外賣都好準時，而且送到嘅時候都算完整同乾淨。但食物份量真心好少，雞腳得果幾隻，80幾蚊嘅醉雞可能得一隻雞嘅六分一份量左右，真係好唔值。而且味道真心唔好，鮑汁完全冇鮑汁味，食落都唔知係咩味，完全形容唔到嘅唔好食嘅味道。醉雞基本上得個苦字，可以感受到係用平價酒隨便腌，如果可以用好小小嘅花雕可以好味好多，而唔係依家咁難食嘅味道。總而言之，唔值佢定個價，而且大失所望。
