To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 裝修後冇驚喜質量更加差點解呀？牛肉湯粉$57汤底没有汤底味！咩事？咁简单嘅河粉都会整得咁差超失望！希望呢个品牌嘅老板高层睇到真的要改善或者请神秘顾客試食菠萝炒饭里面啲配料虾仁一只分八份好奇怪！一旬話（失望）其實去過附屬店百份佰几时去都咁好食可能品质有监控、用心制作、一间成功嘅店铺一定要食物品质好有回头客！店铺厨师店铺经理合作都好重要要定時試公司嘅产品才會有双赢局面。不要做坏品牌，色店唔好食一传十十传百没有回头客只会一个收场关店
