Restaurant: Tokio Joe

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舊同事約敍會,地點指定中環(佢地知我MK人唔鐘意)所以比我揀食肆,最後我揀咗Tokio Joe。貪佢嘈可以吹水輕鬆D都得,就算幾fine dinning但唔講野好悶架碼,由其飲多兩杯落肚聲線會随住酒精量而增加,所以呢度氣氛最啱我lor,當然食物質素最重要…………出色嘅roll嗎。天婦羅––有水準,local 啲來講:皮薄ham靚,南瓜至愛,好香甜呀。刺身––大厨華師父執嘅,印象中帶子好鮮,油甘,三文魚腩都好正。生蠔––厨師用酸汁將生蠔海鮮味拖晒出來,高手絕配。卷物(Roll)––掛住講嘢比人食哂,慘!好鐘意呢度裝修,能夠將傳統日式detail結合西方簡約,設計師唔通係外國長大日本人,加上現場八成外國人,好老蘭feel。埋單$1350 四個人飲埋sake食得飽,諗起旺角藏戶,呢度超抵喇。呢度個老細真係有計兼有料,做裝衣個陣比利豐賞識買埋,轉搞老蘭又有聲有色,以為鬼佬塭番D鬼佬錢更係易D,玩埋海洋公園比你睇,服味。Alan Zeman 你叻,我幫襯你。
