早前一行4人book咗間高級嘅法國菜餐廳,裝修奢華有格調。侍應為我哋介紹主廚嚟自南法。南法近海,有好多新鮮嘅海鮮,餐廳嘅海鮮都係由南法入口。-頭盤SEAFOOD PLATTER (2PAX)我哋叫咗個2人海鮮拼盤,海鮮分兩層擺放,有新鮮生蠔、龍蝦、蟹、青口等。生蠔幾爽口,海水味較重。所有海鮮都無腥味👍🏻SMOKED SALMON三文魚切成一片片長條狀,新鮮有魚味,配上香草幾清新開胃。BEEF TARTAR大廚用草食餵飼嘅牛肉手切而成,口感爽彈,蛋黃撈均更滑溜,配包一齊食更有層次。主菜BAKED DOVER SOLE主菜點咗野生原條多佛龍脷魚,用黃油烤焗出魚油香味,肉質嫩滑。BUTTERFLIED CHICKEN雞肉鮮嫩,火喉控制得好好,保留到肉汁。醬汁都好惹味😋LAYER POTATO將薯仔切成好多層薄片再壓縮,外層脆脆哋內層腍腍哋好有薯仔味,食落一啲都唔滯,好食😋甜品CREME BRULEE我一向都鍾意食焦糖燉蛋,厚厚一層焦糖燒完好香脆,燉蛋夠蛋味又滑😋MILLE FEUILLE千層酥夾住榛子醬同雲尼拿cream,配椰子雪糕,唔會太甜。CHOCO FONDANT好耐無食心太軟,焗得好
