今日去咗東涌探阿姨,阿姨帶咗我嚟東薈城一間日本餐廳食飯。🌸贅赤海鮮丼呢個丼飯有前菜、主食、湯漬飯。🌱漬物薑片辣得黎帶甜。🌱前菜油甘魚配特製胡麻醬共有4片,油甘魚新鮮軟糯,特製胡麻醬味道很濃厚。記住留返兩片用嚟食湯漬飯。🌱主食海鮮丼有奢華的感覺🤩,真係要跟建議食法去食。1️⃣我咩都唔加食已經覺得鮮甜。2️⃣將海鮮刺身平鋪在白飯上,將芥茉放入蛋黃醬油中拌勻,然後倒入丼飯食,多咗份鹹鹹甜甜味。增量海膽質地軟滑,味道鮮甜;紅鱈蟹啖啖肉;增量鮭魚子鹹鮮味十足;赤蝦肉質彈牙;鯡魚子脆卜卜;象拔蚌和螺肉有嚼勁;魷魚口感脆到嗦嗦聲;金槍魚肉質嫩滑;金槍魚蓉極嫩滑。每一匙都有咁多樣海鮮刺身極滿足。‼️記得留返1/3的飯。🌱湯漬飯3️⃣將保留了的油甘魚放入碗中,店員會幫手加入高湯,再加三葉芹、洋蔥、明荷,最後再刷點柚子皮就可以食用。日本鯛魚高湯夠熱,味道唔鹹,湯的熱度令油甘魚變成半生熟口感,加上配料的點綴,令我一匙又一匙食湯漬飯,最後就如食拉麵咁,整碗連湯都飲曬。🌸豪華海鮮丼食材豐富,有肉質彈牙的赤蝦、三文魚肥美、油甘魚很滑、赤身、帶子細細粒甜美、鯡魚子、蟹子和金槍魚蓉最啱用嚟拌飯食。揭開海鮮刺身會見到一塊玉子,玉子蛋
