To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間成功將舊式茶餐廳保留兼翻新得有型有格嘅小店。由保留裝修，用嘅餐枱、餐具，以至侍應嘅服飾都一一配合到，極力讚賞！奶醬格仔餅配雪糕筒 ($72)• 當日用蛋捲取代咗雪糕筒。• 每塊格仔餅中間都搽咗一層花生醬，四塊疊起再喺上面唧有忌廉同灑花生碎，再喺周圍同雪糕頂摻咗啲五顏六色嘅糖粒，賣相幾有心思。• 可以按自己喜好喺上面倒入煉奶，令格仔餅又咸又甜，極之邪惡。• 格仔餅夠蛋香，不過外層更加香脆啲會更好。有汽檸茶 (閣樓釀造, $52)• 味道清新，檸檬酸幾突出，不過不失，略嫌貴咗啲。
