Restaurant: Crab Fairy (Universal Mansion)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少寫食評,但覺得俾d好評fake左。食海鮮預左唔會平,所以都冇咩所謂,叫左4人餐加埋野飲 3千幾貴。但d海鮮唔係好新鮮,完全冇覺得好驚奇既感覺。d飽魚一係死左一段時間,一係就雪過,未蒸o個時督下佢,成舊係硬既。松葉蟹佢地都冇講貨源,放左幾耐o個d,食落口都冇咩味(當然冇鮮味)同埋d肉散散地。最後個粥都係冇味既。有d特別既就係琵琶蝦,因為未食過。最後間鋪天花板不停滴水,包括冷氣,同d蒸氣既倒汗水,我同同行既人,淨係坐o係度已經俾d水滴中10幾次。完全唔知有冇滴中d野食,都幾癲。肯定唔係第一次發生。俾得呢個價錢,出面仲有好多其他更好既選擇。
