Restaurant: 生記滷味
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本欲試試一間新開嘅潮菜館,去到才發覺下晝係唔做生意嘅。望見對面嘅生記,先記起已久未幫襯...平常坐低總係會叫個拼盤飯的。今次唔叫咁"立雜",來個鵝拼豬脷...吃過上環陳勤記後,再吃這裏嘅鵝就覺得略輸一籌。肉偏韌,滷水味不夠醇厚,不過,當然不算是難吃,但吃過更好的,就會有點見異思遷la豬脷有一點韌,不是上等貨色...有時候來這裏嘅主要目的,反而係佢哋嘅白飯及例湯 (奇怪否 ?)。唔知點解,佢嘅飯煲得頗軟熟,係小弟最愛嘅口感;例湯味道好家常,但是次喝到嘅黃豆節瓜湯,味就真的淡如水,退步了....會唔會再幫襯 ? 睇怕都要等一排了...

豬脷有一點韌,不是上等貨色...

有時候來這裏嘅主要目的,反而係佢哋嘅白飯及例湯 (奇怪否 ?
)。唔知點解,佢嘅飯煲得頗軟熟,係小弟最愛嘅口感;例湯味道好家常,但是次喝到嘅黃豆節瓜湯,味就真的淡如水,退步了....

會唔會再幫襯 ? 睇怕都要等一排了...
