銅鑼灣都有出色嘅燒味,位於登龍街見佢門口細細,入到去原來都幾多位置,佢哋有好多套餐幾抵,叫咗個燒味三拼$138,有燒腩仔,半肥瘦叉燒及燒鵝,另外加$30轉咗燒鵝髀及$5轉瀬粉。叉燒半肥非常好食,肉質鬆軟,肉味香濃,油香剛剛好,面頭嘅蜜糖仲有少少桂花。燒腩仔做得好精緻,表皮夠香脆,點芥辣一流。燒鵝入口仲有些微暖,個外皮燒得好香脆,咬開啲肉汁會爆開,燒鵝醃料味道剛好,唔會死鹹。另外叫咗個一人套餐,可以雙拼包碟油菜同餐湯都係$80,上枱個油雞同埋豉油雞都好香滑,兩種雞都皮脆肉香,肉質幼嫩又有雞味。個例湯用料十足而湯浸娃娃菜味道都好清甜。餐廳嘅燒味食得出食材係新鮮貨唔係雪藏肉,所以肉味香濃又有肉汁,埋單$280咋,兩個人呢個價錢實在非常抵食!
