To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同友人係銅鑼灣唔知食乜好，係耀華街見到呢間四川菜於是入去試吓。🤣由於店舖唔算大，因此都坐得少少迫，個袋都唔多夠位放。😂入到黎就叫咗四川擔擔麵同麻辣口水雞。個四川擔擔麵同想像中唔同，開始以為係湯麵，點知呢到係撈麵黎，擔擔麵香料落得好足，就算變咗做撈麵都好好味。另外，仲叫左碟口水雞，又係好野味，越食越辣同埋啲雞都好嫩滑，真心正。不過，可價份量真係比較細份，食完唔多夠同埋價錢唔平。🤣如果鍾意重口味同四川野既就真係可以黎試吓。🤣
