To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去集眾食Lunch，點了午市套餐的蠔仔泡飯和籠仔石斑蒸飯。蠔仔泡飯的蠔仔好新鮮，師傅煮到D蠔仔Juicy兼嫩滑，$60有咁嘅質素真係勁，師傅好野。因為友人唔食芫茜同蔥，所以走晒青，不過我自己覺得如果落埋應該更加好食。籠仔石斑蒸飯D斑塊完全無雪藏味(估計應該唔會係新鮮斑塊，因為六十幾蚊點會比到新鮮你，梗係急凍啦)，而且佢係用斑塊而唔係斑件，所以真係啖啖肉，如果用斑件就有機會成舊骨，最重要係鮮味兼唔鯹，個飯係炒過的，所以整體真係味道唔錯。

籠仔石斑蒸飯D斑塊完全無雪藏味(估計應該唔會係新鮮斑塊，因為六十幾蚊點會比到新鮮你，梗係急凍啦)，而且佢係用斑塊而唔係斑件，所以真係啖啖肉，如果用斑件就有機會成舊骨，最重要係鮮味兼唔鯹，個飯係炒過的，所以整體真係味道唔錯。
