同朋友一齊嚟咗呢個小商場呢間餐廳食晚餐😋呢度有幾款「龍味館大廳全日套餐 DRAGON ACADEMY SET MENU」，咁食咗其中一款 $199 每位/ per person🤣，包括咗幾樣食物🤣Starter: Warming Stomach Soup 宮廷酒爵暖胃湯：係「甘筍雪梨南北杏暖胃湯」，用個「鼎」裝住幾得意，暖暖哋，感覺幾滋潤😋招牌菜 Signature Dish 炭燒蜜餞黑豚肉叉燒 Signature Barbecue Pork：叉燒厚切，肉質非常軟熟，下邊仲有個小火🔥，由頭食到尾都暖暖哋，又甜甜哋，夠甘香，有少少 smoky 味😋「點心 Dim Sum 龍味點心拼盤 DRAGON ACADEMY Dim Sum Combination」：每位有3粒點心，包括 龍蝦蝦餃 "Dragon" Lobster and shrimp dumpling，蟹籽鮮蝦燒賣 Crab roe pork & shrimp dumpling，卡邦尼小甘筍 Carbonara minced puff；呢啲都係做得幾精緻嘅點心，幾好食，比較特別係紅紅哋色甘筍形狀嘅 Carbonara minced
