Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 馬拉盞 炒秋葵入口 馬拉盞 十分美味,同平時食嗰啲唔同,眼見除咗馬拉盞之外,見到蒜頭碎同櫻花蝦,仲有d 鮮甜嘅蕃茄,問一問之下,原來係自家製,仲係一d 都唔唔辣。而秋葵炒得 口感啱啱好,又好掛汁,又好入味。炸豆腐 黃豆餅(天貝)豆腐 同黃豆餅 都好厚切,黃豆餅炸豆腐 內裹好軟滑。沙爹 羊肉串羊肉大件,好有口感,沙爹好惹味,唔辣,啱我熱 桂皮箭葉果蜜鐘意桂皮味濃,又有酸酸地箭葉果(青擰)味,又有蜜糖味,整體味道係酸酸甜甜得嚟帶桂皮味,十分好飲。
