To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🥢🥢好耐冇食海南雞，今晚經過鰂魚涌見到呢間出名食海南雞同喇沙嘅小店，即刻入去幫襯下先。🐔🐔兩個人叫咗半隻海南雞，一個油飯同埋一碗海鮮喇沙。海南雞唔算太肥，入口嫩滑，點埋啲醬料好味呀。另外好鍾意佢嘅油飯，入口比較乾身，唔會肥淋淋。🦐🦐海鮮喇沙好夠味，姐姐仲好細心，特別提醒我哋食咗喇沙先，唔會浸淋晒。海鮮都算足料，有大蝦、蟹柳、帶子，襯埋個湯底幾香口惹味。👍🏼👍🏼環境裝修都舒服企理，特別要讚一讚餐廳幾位侍應都好好禮貌，好親切。食飯途中都見有唔少外賣單，食物質素唔錯，絕對可以番兜呀。
