Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沒有晚市堂食，唯有提早搵食。朋友介紹這家位於太子的小店，小炒夠鑊氣味道好。當中以咕嚕肉最出色，外脆內軟，豬肉肉質不錯，就連青椒黃椒紅椒及波蘿也很新鮮。這個薯仔牛柳粒味道也不錯，薯仔的味道比牛柳粒更佳，炸過的薯仔將牛柳的精華吸收，所以特別好味道。鐵板啫啫生腸是老闆娘介紹的，生腸是新鮮生腸所以好味，而蔥蒜芹菜等配菜亦煮得非常惹味，鐵板上熱辣辣。這個名為雜菌豆腐煲也是老闆娘推介的餸，味道也不錯，豆腐很滑。最後想講這款德國麥啤，真的好飲。
