前幾日又去熟食中心食嘢,去返上次去過嘅九鼎百味。不過天氣比較熱今次就唔食火鍋,叫咗幾個餸送飯食。一開始有兩款餐前小食:四季豆:清爽,有少少辣幾開胃。花生:好脆,送酒一流。冰鎮豬手粒 第一碟餸好清涼,有少少酒味好開胃,送飯都好夾。豬手充滿骨膠原,好味之餘又美顏。蘆筍炒豬雜 豬雜好豐富,有豬潤、豬心、豬腸同埋豬肚。豬肚豬腸好彈牙,豬膶豬心又好入味。乜都試到好抵食。老闆介紹佢哋嘅蘆筍係來自澳洲,難怪咁清甜爽口。仲有少少三色椒做點綴。吊燒骨 平時食開南乳嘅吊燒骨,呢度做嘢比較特別,係蜜餞花生嘅豬骨。呢個食法好特別,甜排骨加上花生嘅口感,值得一試。而且啲肉質都好鬆軟,啲花生加咗蜜糖有少少似花生糖添。丘比牛柳粒最後仲有呢個牛柳粒,加咗丘比芝麻醬。牛柳粒好多汁,識落都好嫩滑。份量都好大,仲有啲生菜,健康又好味。

最後仲有呢個牛柳粒,加咗丘比芝麻醬。牛柳粒好多汁,識落都好嫩滑。份量都好大,仲有啲生菜,健康又好味。
