同朋友一齊嚟咗呢間日式燒烤店食燒烤🤣$148「活鰻魚」:大大一件超級厚肉,一邊係鰻魚皮一邊係鰻魚肉,咁我嘗試運用技巧慢慢燒,餐廳仲提供咗一兜蒲燒汁,大約80%燒好嘅時候我就開始一層一層咁塗上蒲燒汁🤣,成品係好厚肉夠鮮味甜甜哋嘅燒鰻魚,好食🤣$78「帆立貝」:用個錫紙兜裝住,應該連錫紙兜成兜燒,不過朋友將帶子夾出嚟放喺龜背度燒,一樣好味🤣$68「野菜拼盤」:有粟米、南瓜、花菇洋蔥圈,全部都新鮮,幾好味🤣$78「KAKURA沙律🥗」:材料應該有 生菜、韓式泡菜、紅椰菜、罐頭吞拿魚、芫荽蔥、蛋黃醬 等,全部一齊食幾清新🤣$58「凱撒沙律」:沙律菜新鮮再加隻溫泉蛋🤣$178「大判燒!黑毛和牛西冷」:「黑毛和牛西冷」薄切大大一片,店長哥哥幫我哋燒,睇得出有啲啲技巧,店長哥哥鉗住塊「黑毛和牛西冷」喺火爐上邊快速捲埋來回移動又再打番開片「西冷」然後繼續快速移動然後快速重複以上動作,咁大約15多秒就燒好,然後將「和牛西冷」放落有一個小碗裏邊有溫泉蛋同醬油,咁就食得🤣,「大判燒!黑毛和牛西冷」肉質非常軟熟又好牛味同埋夠滑🤣$88「黑毛豚無骨小排」:「無骨小排」外表好似「五花腩」,大約 60%瘦肉40%脂
