To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

印度朋友黎香港，因為宗教只可以食雞，秒速唸到帶佢食海南雞飯，唸起暖笠笠既椰子飯，好耐之前食過一次就喜歡了，先點左蒜蓉炒時菜，有好多菜揀菜心通菜油麥菜等都有，上菜好有效率而且店員十分有禮貌，蒜蓉炒係最簡單最好食，通菜有少少硬身既質感就啱啱好，新加坡炒蘿蔔糕同樣大力推介，真係好惹味，有啲似xo醬炒蘿蔔糕，但佢哋連雞蛋一齊炒，切成粒狀就非常容易入口，質感軟綿調味足夠，最後當然係主角隨心無骨海南雞飯大大份雞脾肉咁上，真係啖啖肉超開心，雞皮乾淨嫩滑，配海南雞特製醬料，即係黑醬油、酸辣汁同薑蓉，撈埋餐廳主打既椰子飯，陣陣既椰香撲鼻，飯粒有口感，真係好好食，飲埋個熱騰騰既中湯，埋單都只係總共$235✌️✌️
