To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尖東開完會,因為而家有屯馬綫,搭幾個站就到宋王臺,所以突然想食泰國嘢,七點半先尖東出發,15分鐘已經到餐廳坐低咗,勁方便。今次去嘅餐廳叫泰王閣,响正金寶隔離,佢同金寶或者好多九龍城泰國菜館一樣,都係有兩個鋪位,睇嚟生意都唔錯。因為今次得兩個人,我哋只係點咗四樣餸,生蝦刺身、燒安格斯牛肉(青檸)、馬拉盞炒椰菜苗、泰東豬肉生菜包,同埋餐廳寫明用餐時間1小時15分,所以我哋只係點咗三支啤酒。生蝦刺身絕對有驚喜,如果會食生蝦嘅人一定要點。反而見到好多人推介嘅燒安格斯牛肉(青檸),我個人就覺得普普通通,雖然菜名有(青檸),但唔覺青檸味有幾突出,想食好味嘅泰式燒牛肉,我推介同區嘅泰禾美,但果邊環境就無呢邊咁企理。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗都可以,大路嘢。反而個生菜包要特別講一講,因為餐廳原來有分清邁同泰東兩種口味,我叫生菜包嘅時候,店員問我鹹辣定酸辣,我响冇睇餐牌嘅情況下,猶豫咗兩三秒揀咗酸辣,後尾睇返餐牌先知原來係泰東口味,第一啖食落怪怪地,但食食吓又覺得幾好味,值得推介。
