To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黃珍珍泰國菜館 ，其實呢間餐廳由細聽到大，都仲未食過。今日終於難得有朋友肯陪我食啦！ 今日我地兩個人食 ，就叫左一個例牌泰式海南雞 + 馬拉盞炒通菜 + 香葉肉碎炒飯泰式海南雞，去之前我地打定電話問仲有無海南雞。因為我朋友話超好食。佢的確好嫩滑，又冇骨，仲啖啖肉，仲要係唔肥。而個通菜真係好正，炒得唔多油。仲要係我最中意食空心菜，每一下咬洛都會脆卜卜，好清爽，炒到岩岩好唔會太老。而個香葉肉碎炒飯，都算好味，不過就辣左小小。總括黎講價錢合理 。
