To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同屋企人一行7個人去銅鑼灣食飯,早幾日就揀左潮江春,順便打左電話去 book 位。好彩有 book 到位,人多到一個點。唔 book 唔知要等到幾多點。次次比長輩叫野食,都一定食剩好多。惜食為香港,等我拍板喇!🤣一定有嘅功夫茶😁碧綠珠菜川椒雞:我第一次叫呢個餸果陣,見到川椒2個字,以為辣,點知一啲辣都無。自此,呢個餸成為小朋友最愛。小黃魚:好香好脆。係個賣相差少少,其實好好食。欖菜肉碎炒飯:入面有菜有肉,小朋友岩食又鍾意食。菜脯肉碎煎蛋:菜脯切得夠細,煎得好好。鹹排骨春菜煲:個湯好味到不得了,春菜亦煮到好淋。滷水鵝片:今日個豆腐就差少少,唔係好入到味蒸紅棗糕:次次黎食都一定叫。好軟熟,好QQ。禁嘅份量岩岩好。無食剩又個個都夠飽!哈哈!
