今日在旺角買完菲林,天氣都幾凍就適合打邊爐,就去左滾爺火鍋試吓。招牌椰子雞鍋 (半隻雞)有珍貴的珍珠馬蹄、泰國椰皇、椰青和文昌雞。椰皇、椰青作為湯底十分清甜,椰子味濃郁。老闆親自為客人計時,熬煮湯底,令到文昌雞煮得剛剛好,十分嫩滑。文昌雞雞味濃郁,配搭着濃郁的椰子香,當食到雞髀少少脂肪的時候,非常香濃。羊肉片完全不羶,但有少少的脂肪,增添羊肉香味。咬下去羊肉香味不斷湧出來,加上椰子湯底,椰子清甜加上羊肉特有的風味,非常滿足。炸枝竹支竹剛剛炸好,香味四處飄逸,將支竹沾滿濃濃的椰子湯,享受着支竹同椰子湯的風味。紅薯粉煙靭、有彈性,份量都幾多,推薦大家可以試吓。
