「滾爺」火鍋店舖位於上海街,交通方便,而且很多人介紹,後來我發現尖沙咀也有一間分店呢!在眾多湯底之中,我們選了招牌椰子雞鍋 (半隻),店員細心地替我們即場用2個椰皇加2個椰青開鍋,還細心地向我們介紹,湯底沒有其他水份,只有椰青和椰皇,真的十分鮮甜!文昌雞雞肉也非常嫩滑,我而且份量十足!其他的火鍋配料都很新鮮,我們叫了手包鮮蝦雲吞、白滑急凍米線、(唐三藏)田園菇菜拼盤等。我最喜歡的是手打鮮牛滑,令到湯底更加味道提升,又可以吃到粒粒滑牛,值得一試!

行完朗豪坊,想去打邊爐,見到呢間滾爺火鍋都有好多好評,去到的時候唔使排隊,就入咗去試吓。間餐廳唔大,以黑色為主調,所有枱都係放兩邊,所以全部都係梳化位或者卡位,都幾好坐。因為得兩個人,都叫唔到太多嘢食,原本係想試佢招牌椰子雞鍋,見到佢有胡椒豬肚雞鍋,就俾佢吸引咗。胡椒豬肚雞鍋同椰青雞有啲唔同,上枱嘅時候雞同埋豬肚都已是煮熟了在鍋入邊,熱返就食得,個胡椒豬肚湯好香濃,都飲咗兩碗。另外叫咗個佢嘅招牌四寶丸,一碟牛肚,同埋一碟菜。招牌四寶丸係新鮮手打丸,個擺盤都好靚,最好食係蝦丸。整體嚟講,餐廳都好乾淨企理,最鍾意佢個電磁爐火力夠晒勁,好快滾。另外,醬料係自己行出去拎,都有齊芫荽蔥生熟蒜,豉油等等,不過醬介要收$18一位。店員親切有禮貌,因為係小店,就冇連鎖店那種匆匆忙忙,服務唔錯。酒水主要就有啤酒汽水可以選擇,兩個人埋單六百幾蚊。
