見到食評好似都唔錯就去試吓,伏晒!我相信冇咩人鍾意全餐飯催你食快啲,都冇人鍾意張枱細一次上晒啲餸。首先黎左個椰子雞湯鍋,跟住就不停上嘢,個湯焗緊就已經叫我地快啲飲「你地仲有好多餸未上」,湯唔熱架?點快!我哋都盡飲,已經見到個牛肉出左佢地櫃頂,由於未食到枱面嘅嘢,上唔到牛,個牛就不停起出面等,到上枱已經溶到開始出水變色,又要張2款餃自己合併一碟,全晚食到好似限時餐咁!得一樣嘢叫好味(椒鹽魷魚),其他都唔得!肯定只此一次!🤬除非你想食快餐!

唔理咩天氣,只要有冷氣一年四季都會想食打邊邊啦!依間火鍋店近油麻地站 A1 出口,位置方便,設有自助醬料區,最特別既係有新鮮青檸,可以整個青檸豉油試下🐥招牌椰子雞鍋(半隻雞)$248🥥椰子湯底即開即倒:有2個椰皇加上2個椰青,完全冇加水!店長教我哋用大火滾熟雞同埋珍珠馬蹄(聽講三年先會成熟)、海底椰等配料,煲滾後熄火焗5分鐘即可煲蓋一拎起就聞到濃濃椰子味🥥老闆建議我哋飲湯先,第一啖飲落真係好鮮甜🤤🐔雞肉好新鮮,選用左文昌雞,肉質特別嫩滑,雞味濃郁🐓配埋個青檸豉油真係正到呢~~~手打四寶丸$88有4款:🐮牛肉丸、🐟鯪魚丸、🦐蝦丸同🦑墨魚丸,手打果然特別好食,我最鍾意蝦丸,夠鮮味又彈牙🐂美國安格斯板眼 $188一盤份量都幾多,放上檯果陣仲有陣陣仙氣,好有儀式感我地叫左最平果款牛都好正,油花紋路好靚,肉質好嫩,厚薄適中,又夠肉味即炸紫菜響鈴 $68即叫即炸,好香紫菜味,索滿湯汁超好味平時自己買/出街食既響鈴都會有陣油溢味,依度即叫即炸夠新鮮,好食好多

「滾爺」火鍋店舖位於上海街,交通方便,而且很多人介紹,後來我發現尖沙咀也有一間分店呢!在眾多湯底之中,我們選了招牌椰子雞鍋 (半隻),店員細心地替我們即場用2個椰皇加2個椰青開鍋,還細心地向我們介紹,湯底沒有其他水份,只有椰青和椰皇,真的十分鮮甜!文昌雞雞肉也非常嫩滑,我而且份量十足!其他的火鍋配料都很新鮮,我們叫了手包鮮蝦雲吞、白滑急凍米線、(唐三藏)田園菇菜拼盤等。我最喜歡的是手打鮮牛滑,令到湯底更加味道提升,又可以吃到粒粒滑牛,值得一試!

朋友好火鍋,黎到油麻地的滾爺火鍋店。原來週末都幾多人,同友人要上樓上雅座。由於近排食得太多野,決定叫得清 d。招牌椰子雞鍋(半隻雞)上檯,哇,有兩大椰青和兩小椰皇,再➕🐔果然真材實料。店員幫手倒椰皇、椰、,馬蹄、桂圓,加入雞肉大滾後焗。5分鐘後便可食🉐,先飲湯,非常清甜!雞肉鮮嫩滑溜。爽口手打鮮蝦滑 蝦滑爽口彈牙,鮮味十足鮮淮山,韭菜餃子鮮味爽口,波浪形狀,更添口感!餃子 4 只一 碟,皮薄餡多,韭菜綠油油,够鮮味。食食下,周董的歌響起,氛围歡愉!整體來說,食材新鮮,美味又價錢吸引!
