To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然天氣開始熱，但都冇損我哋想食煲仔飯嘅心。一直都想試吓呢間位於佐敦，深得朋友歡心，主打食煲仔飯嘅餐廳。廣式臘味煲仔飯（$177）- 未食已經聞到陣陣香味，臘味分量十足，味道亦十分惹味。其中特別要讚吓臘腸，入口好香，帶酒味，唔會太過肥膩。煲仔飯非常高質，啲米飯整得粒粒分明，非常飽滿煙靭。食到咁上下，店員仲會主動以純熟嘅手法將飯焦刮起，非常貼心。黑松露雞煲（ $167）- 雞煲上餐時熱辣辣，好香口好味。雞肉夠晒入味，配以黑松露醬，仲有青紅椒同埋洋蔥。秘製XO雞髀菇四季豆（ $127）- 炒得好有鑊氣，XO醬配以四季豆及雞髀菇，非常惹味。好少何食蔬菜都咁快可以清左隻碟，確認係高質。餐廳環境舒適好坐，店員服務殷勤。食物質素好好，價錢亦非常合理。鍾意食煲仔飯同埋鑊氣小炒嘅朋友，值得一試呀。
