老婆生日,帶了她去銅鑼灣日式居酒屋慶祝。餐廳有多款牛內臟串燒,亦都有海鮮、刺身等。自家製菠蘿酒很清香,菠蘿味突出,而且甜度適中。雞肝:雞肝淋上略帶甜味的燒汁,雞肝燒至香口,中間腍滑。雞皮:燒雞皮是很考功夫,可以燒至香脆但又不會燶,還帶點咬口,十分抵讚。蝦夷蔥牛肉卷:牛肉燒至表面焦香,中間香葱味濃郁脆口,愛葱者必食。牛沙瓜:牛的第四個胃,咬落去帶點彈性,跟平時牛肚的質感差不多,但略為爽口。横格肌set:燒橫格肌有四種味道,其中芝麻味最香且濃郁,芥末味配搭最夾,而蜜糖味則最似BBQ。咸牛肉燒飯團:飯團用紫菜包著,紫菜香脆,飯團表面香脆,帶咸牛肉香。
