To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日收工同朋友去佐敦搵好野食,朋友話最近熱氣,想食清少少咁啱喺openrice見到有呢間餐廳,好似仲攞過米之蓮,就過黎試下啦我地喺九龍站行過去都幾遠下,都要預番3個字到因為當時比較夜,都9點半,間餐廳冇咩人我叫左生牛肉河,朋友叫左豬頸肉撈檬生牛肉河一上碟已經聞到好香嘅湯底味我地梗係急不及待試下個湯底先真係好香好鮮味牛肉唔算好薄,有口感之餘又有牛味朋友個撈檬都好味,不過我覺得牛肉河好味d冇叫到野飲都有少少頸渴係真嘅,唔知有冇落味精但真係好好味

真係好香好鮮味
牛肉唔算好薄,有口感之餘又有牛味

冇叫到野飲
都有少少頸渴係真嘅,唔知有冇落味精
但真係好好味
