尖東滿小館中菜位置方便,响尖東站P2出口轉過彎就到今日放工約埋兩個同事吹水兼食飯睇睇菜單選擇好多,有平有貴我哋揀咗澳洲龍蝦兩食,用上湯焗龍蝦再加伊麵底,龍蝦炒到啱啱熟,一啲都唔韌,個上湯汁啲味入哂落個伊麵度,搞到個個都搶着食蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝,元貝size啱啱好,而且師傅將佢開咗邊先至蒸,咁樣比較容易控制生熟度,而淋响上面嘅蒜油加埋粉絲食,超入味再嚟就叫咗佢嘅招牌菜:火焰古法燒腩叉,個叉燒一上枱已經好有氣勢,侍應點着火,將本身已經香噴噴嘅叉燒再燒番香啲。而叉燒上面有用桂花做嘅汁,令叉燒除咗鹹味甜味之外,仲多咗一陣桂花香。個做法仲係厚切,非常有口感,淨係睇到佢肥瘦相間,已經知道呢件叉燒不得了味菜胡椒豬肚雞煲,味菜選用甜嘅鹹酸菜,成煲豬肚雞煲味道非常濃郁,而甜味特別出眾,豬肚同雞肉都好食最後叫個清清哋嘅菜:金銀蛋浸菜心,睇得出餐廳用料靚同細心,菜心係選用最靚嘅菜遠部份,切咗個頭及完全冇花,而且菜亦都唔會過腍過硬,非常好食幾個同事都非常滿意呢一餐
