To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到鰂魚涌見到呢間專食喇沙海南雞嘅專門店地方好大座位都好闊落餐廳嘅價錢都幾合理款式亦都幾多選擇Menu圖文並茂亦都值得一讚另外總會有啲關於食物發源地嘅小知識相當之有心機我哋叫咗1客嘅肉骨茶試吓肉骨茶嘅藥材味唔算話好濃郁相對啱香港人口味落到肚亦都好暖身，非常適合冬天飲用另外再叫咗個海蜇雞絲沙律成個菜嘅質地比較濕潤雞絲嘅份量都算幾多加埋海蜇同埋鹹鹹地嘅調味都相當開胃另外叫咗個招牌喇沙海鮮佢嘅配菜都相當之多超出我哋預期帶子勁大隻加上佢嘅湯頭係我哋鍾意嘅偏椰奶味重基本上我哋都飲晒到湯咁滯而小食最後都叫多咗一個斑斕葉炸雞識落唔會過於油膩因為班蘭葉嘅關係仲食到有少少獨特嘅香味整體上食物質素幾好店員服務亦都相當之有禮貌同埋好殷勤絕對可以嚟試吓
