To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

信用卡有grand Hyatt 餐廳既coupon 揀咗呢間鹿悅 環境係出邊睇係幾好嘅。但係入到去 對住廚師既bar 台 個冷藏櫃其實唔係咁好睇。叫咗佢個懷石omasake既套餐。感覺都唔錯。9道菜食物都新鮮啦。味道亦都非常之好。而個presentation 出嚟嘅感覺亦都好好. 所以我會推薦海膽好鮮甜魚白鮮甜一啲都唔腥 而且份量好多 好抵食呢個係用蟹肉整成嘅丸 都幾好味有三款魚生有拖羅，蝦同埋鰻魚三款壽司都好好食豪炸得好香脆牛肉窩都好好味 啲牛肉煮極都好嫩滑甜品有蜜瓜 士多啤梨同埋sorbet
