香港唔多食螺絲粉嘅專門店,皆因好似臭豆腐咁唔係人人鍾意食,呢間專門店特別在有無湯款桂林米粉食😬仲要係免費加底加粉,實食得飽!招牌鍋燒桂林米粉 $48桂林米粉每碗都有秘制滷水、秘制香油、生菜、酸菜、黄豆、酸豆角、葱及芫荽。窩燒即係脆皮豬頸肉,另外加料要咗滷蛋(+$8)、肥腸(+$14)及通菜(+$8)。第一次食所以揀小辣,賣相吸引,配料份量都均真,撈匀再食,可能配合返香港人口味,小辣都唔算辣,亦非麻辣,但係滷水汁幾開胃,鍋燒都做得幾香口,肥腸醃到入晒味。食完乾撈就可以加湯變湯粉。牛肉桂林米粉 $48另一碗嗌咗牛肉,同樣地加配料,加煎蛋(+$8)、叉燒(+$14)牛丸(+$18),都係小辣。估唔到牛肉同叉燒咁似樣,其實真係唔係好分到😂 但呢度嘅牛肉唔係肥牛,係燒牛肉嗰款,所以食落比較粗糙,叉燒同樣比較硬身,失色少少。
