Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本想去食潮州打冷，但點知果間店無開我地就黎左附近嘅集眾食小炒。黎到大約係晚上9點，我同2位朋友都非常之餓，3個人叫左4碟小炒，每碟都好大碟食得好滿足🤤我地叫左金沙新鮮魷魚、鮮菠蘿拔絲咭嚕肉、金牌辣子肥腸、鎮店小炒皇。金沙新鮮魷魚🦑即叫即炸，送上黎熱辣辣，炸得好鬆脆，但炸粉有少少多如果無甘厚粉會更加完美，魷魚夠新鮮鮮甜，配上鹹蛋黃醬超嘢味！鮮菠蘿拔絲咭嚕肉🍍見到好多枱都有叫，真係好好食，咭嚕肉炸得超脆口，裏面嘅肉質都好juicy，配菜青椒黃椒都炒得好好味，菠蘿好有heart係用新鮮菠蘿唔係罐頭菠蘿👍🏽金牌辣子肥腸🌶呢樣都好出色，好多辣椒乾，煮得好嘢味好有鑊氣，肥腸炸得剛剛好唔會話食到成口油，送啤酒一流🍺鎮店小炒皇🌱呢碟都好有驚喜，無諗過甘好味，佢個芋頭絲同腰果炒得好脆口，好味到食唔停口！仲配上蝦乾，蝦乾幾有咬口，愈食愈香！
