To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真係好好味～當老公問我有沒有想吃什麼的時候，第一個想到的就是醉鮮雞肉！！！！吃了一次就會不停想要再去吃，但是因為用餐時間都好多人，所以基本上都不是內用。 吃了幾次還是不知道醉鮮麵有什麼特色，也沒有特別有味，所以我和老公後來都是點泡飯，無論是濃厚鮮甜的魚湯或是香醇濃厚的豬骨湯，都非常的好吃唷～有時就算忘了走青，仍努力把整碗吃光且喝到見底。 A1醉雞，份量多，酒香十足，夠味，咬下去唇齒留香👍👍👍👍欲罷不能，真的是會想念的味道 D1香煎鹹魚肉餅，十足十足夠的香，而且不算太油膩，也是我們的必點。 A3醉鮮牛肉，味道不用說，一定好的，只不過份量較少，所以點過一次後，想吃醉鮮系列還是會點雞來吃，就不會點牛了。
