To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少食北京菜，今日同閨蜜去試下，剛好見到呢間“北京老家”，閨蜜話聽個名就應該幾正宗，所以就入去試下。我地兩個人點左北京填鴨半隻、老佛爺米糕、貴妃燈龍蝦、麻婆豆腐。北京填鴨皮脆肉嫩，就算不點甜醬都好好食，點埋甜醬就更加一流了。麻婆豆腐唔止系辣咁簡單，真系會麻，食落去好過癮。
