To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係銅鑼灣行咗一陣街,係時候揾吓嘢食。行過呢間餐廳即刻俾佢個門口吸引,因為擺咗好多印尼小食 我好好奇,印尼除咗撈麵同炒飯仲有咩好嘢食呢?最後我就拉咗朋友入去試一試呢間餐廳作為斑蘭粉絲,未入餐廳已經下定決心食飽飯之後要外賣一件斑蘭蛋糕返屋企估唔到印尼有好多款式嘅嘢食,我同朋友睇咗成5分鐘先決定好食乜嘢~本身我哋想試總統古法燒飯,可惜賣晒,不過唔緊要俾個機會我可以再嚟食最後我哋決定叫2個主食,1個小食,1碟菜同2杯嘢飲餐廳細細間,座無虛席,我哋喺出面等咗一陣先有位,同埋有好多街坊同印尼人幫襯勁大杯綠豆冰!綠豆煮到沙沙地好正,椰奶嘅比例都啱啱好,好飲小食拼盤有豆腐,秋葵,雞翼,炸雞,同埋炸芋頭餅。本來我以為係蝦餅,識落先知入面係芋頭,都幾香芋味,喺出面未食過好大碟嘅鹹蛋炸雞飯!好特別嘅係佢鹹蛋係半隻上,自己撈落啲飯同雞到食,分量自己決定鹹蛋嘅鹹香味啱啱好,唔會太鹹,撈飯食一流!左下角嘅醬料都幾辣下,食得辣嘅話撈飯都好正仲有好多配菜,材料勁豐富同樣勁大碟嘅巴東牛肉斑蘭飯斑蘭飯真係好香,食落有淡淡嘅椰香味,真係會食唔停口!配菜上嘅沙嗲醬偏甜,巴東牛肉上面有炸蒜增加口感,有成四五舊大大嚿,不過佢始終

斑蘭飯真係好香,食落有淡淡嘅椰香味,真係會食唔停口!配菜上嘅沙嗲醬偏甜,巴東牛肉上面有炸蒜增加口感,有成四五舊大大嚿,不過佢始終係肉,唔似牛腩咁軟腍腍,食肉獸就啱晒啦!

最後MVP出場!呢個炒雜菜睇落平平無奇,點知超級好食
炒雜菜嘅汁唔知係唔係佢哋用嚟煮麵嘅牛肉湯底,好鮮甜,我哋撈咗啲汁嚟撈飯
炒雜菜加炸蒜已經好加分,入面仲加埋切咗薄片嘅牛丸,完全係提升咗鮮味同層次




最後當然唔少得我外賣返屋企嘅班蘭蛋糕,雖然冇乜斑蘭味同椰香味,但係蛋糕非常鬆軟濕潤,作為點心或者飯後甜品真係Perfect
第一次食印尼餸估唔到係咁多款式又好味,呢間餐廳喺正皇室堡後面嗰條街,好容易搵,所以一定要再encore!
