To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又係中午嘅時候跟公司一齊去食飯今日同事揀咗呢一間食日本嘢，我自己就嗌咗個海鮮丼飯 海鮮新鮮，而且仲有豬肉味噌湯茶碗蒸有齊蟹魚蝦迷你丼超級好味同埋賣相都好精緻雖然份量唔係特別多，食完都仲想再食咁另外我同事自己就嗌咗個天婦羅啦，同埋一個豬肉飯，呢個係真店之寶哇估佢唔到骨汁勁好味，仲要勁油香勁煙靭完全唔覺得似食緊豬，因為佢好大眼好嫩滑我自己試完都忍唔住嘩咁好食嘅 咁另外仲嗌咗個壽喜燒食落去佢個味道偏鹹唔係出邊食嗰啲甜，但係好彩佢都好襯啲野菜同埋豆腐牛嘅質素都唔差嘅都嫩滑整體都好味
