師傅建議翻轉壽司入口,嚐味的舌頭便會先接觸到刺身,咀嚼時就是刺身包着飯的味道,更能享受到每一件壽司不同的風味;想一想理論非常合理,平日舌頭先碰到壽司飯,感覺就是差不多,現在才恍然大悟!
