To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企附近新開左一間稻香,作為街坊點都要支持下。我同屋企人差吾多8點半左右到,發現8點半後麻麻辣雞煲,古法羊腩煲同埋鮮辣酸湯羊腩煲都有半價,抵食到爆炸,半價後一個煲平均50蚊都吾洗呀。即刻叫左2個,1個系麻麻辣雞煲,一個系古法羊腩煲。麻麻辣雞煲可以自選辣度,因為我吾系好食得辣,所以選擇左微辣。因為微辣,所以食落口吾會太辣,但都會有少少麻。d雞都好滑,好香,可能已經煲左好耐,所以d雞好入味,真系好正。古法羊腩煲真系抵食到爆炸,佢都有10幾舊羊,大大舊,配菜又多,有腐竹,有冬茹,仲有筍。全部都煮到勁入味,特別系腐竹,好味到停吾到。總結,呢2個煲真系好抵食。
