To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豉椒蟶子皇好大隻,豉椒味剛剛好,不會太鹹.椒鹽賴尿蝦又係好大隻,好新鮮.白酒蛋白蒸蟹好香,肉好甜.扇貝都很新鮮.乳豬燒得很脆,又不太肥,非常好($250一隻)浸雞非常滑,又有雞味.勝瓜魚肚好鬼大份,都係$45,扺食夾大件.仲有好多海鮮都好新鮮,仲有我鍾意的樽裝汽水,我地九個人食.每人都係$200,正正正

白酒蛋白蒸蟹好香,肉好甜.
扇貝都很新鮮.
