To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好正嘅中餐呀😍😍第一次去staycation，去咗黃金海岸酒店，因為每間房有500蚊食嘢，所以諗住去試下佢嘅中餐，話晒之前攞過米芝連。見到餐牌選擇都多嘅，不過唔知點乜嘢，之後見到有個4人餐，大概1988，都幾多嘢食，最緊要係有片皮鴨，於是乎就叫咗佢。坐咗大概十幾分鐘，就見佢攞咗個金黃色嘅鴨出嚟，顏色燒得好好，好快就切好咗，不過鴨真係肥咗少少，對於怕肥嘅我，盡量整走d肥膏，面皮厚咗少少，不過包埋一齊，都係好好食嘅😋之後上湯，杏汁花膠，個湯真係勁好飲，d花膠都好正，飲完即刻覺得靚咗。之後好快就上晒其餘嘅菜，有魚、蝦、鴨絲同炒飯。全部都好好味。食完之後仲有糖水同生果。咁嘅價錢都真係算ok，而且多到食唔晒。
