好久冇去吃日料,今日經過旺角缽蘭街長板燒,就去大吃一頓。長板燒環境係我最鐘意嘅一面,清淨,優美!可以好放鬆心情。食材又新鮮,精緻!好有層次感。江戶前玉子燒,口感比較特別,似小蛋糕,綿密又鬆軟。雜錦天婦羅:炸粉唔會厚,也不會油膩,炸蝦好彈牙。都不錯。壽司有火炙平目魚背,三文魚腩壽司,赤蝦壽司。壽司嘅米飯用了赤醋,粒粒分明!赤蝦鮮甜,點上豉油介辣,正。串燒有牛舌,牛胸腹,免治雞肉棒。厚切牛舌,牛味重,口感不錯。燒海鮮嗌左燒元貝和特大虎蝦。虎蝦好大隻,蝦味濃郁,蝦頭部位還有好多蝦膏!正。大大粒元貝配上燒汁,好爽口。不知不覺都嗌左不少嘢,食得都好飽。
