這是我們第二次來Whisk 食brunch。食物水準及服務仍然保持高質素😊Japanese sweet corn 賣相精緻,入口冇想像中咁甜,Lobster 嘅presentation 色彩鮮艷,令人覺得好開心用了日本常用的白炭來處理的龍蝦肉,外面熟、內裏係刺身feel, 好有層次感。Short rib 及 French pigeon 看似平凡,但short rib 入口軟腍,pepper sauce 恰到好處,不會搶走肉的原味這是我這餐飯最喜愛的一度菜French pigeon 肉味濃、肉身軟腍,非常不錯。我們由12:00食到下午三點左右,已經唔知道飲咗幾多杯香檳及紅、白酒。也有品嘗過生蠔🦪,但對我來講係有少少腥。因為我怕腥,所以只吃了一件。今次整體服務都好好,希望之後也可以keep 住💪🏻💪🏻
