To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前我地幫襯開嫦記,但可惜嫦記係上年10月就執咗 所以就開始幫襯銖記。其實嫦記同銖記開咗幾十年,可以話係老字號,聽講嫦記和銖記周不時有明星幫襯,咁就證明咗D食物真係正! 呢兩間餐廳的菜色同價錢都差不多,我地每次嚟都會叫它們的風沙雞,雞皮又香又脆,雞肉鮮嬾又入味,D蒜香又香,必食! 椒鹽九肚魚熱辣辣,但味道比較淡,可能佢地唔記得醃,但都OK,而炸豬大腸都好好食,皮脆肉嬾,好有口感,正!魚翅湯好足料,魚翅又多,而且一盅都只係$68,好抵食!雖然係大排檔,但乾淨企理,而且有冷氣,洗手間又容易搵又方便,希望銖記持續做落去,唔好好似嫦記咁無啦啦執咗粒

呢兩間餐廳的菜色同價錢都差不多,我地每次嚟都會叫它們的風沙雞,雞皮又香又脆,雞肉鮮嬾又入味,
D蒜香又香,必食!


椒鹽九肚魚熱辣辣,但味道比較淡,可能佢地唔記得醃,但都OK,
而炸豬大腸都好好食,皮脆肉嬾,好有口感,正!


魚翅湯好足料,魚翅又多,而且一盅都只係$68,好抵食!


雖然係大排檔,但乾淨企理,而且有冷氣,洗手間又容易搵又方便,
希望銖記持續做落去,唔好好似嫦記咁無啦啦執咗粒
