呢間灣仔店超有氣氛,日本人主理,食物又有質素,好岩feel~我地今次又食豪左,鐵盒燒牛蠔加左拉克萊特芝士落3隻蠔!無芝士確係食到好突出嘅鮮味,有半溶芝士就會加上咸香味道,睇住由燒到熔芝士嘅過程,真係會流口水!日式洋食屋嘅義大利前菜 - 炙燒和牛卡爾帕喬,今晚真係整得好好食,外層燒香、肉嫩無筋,配洋蔥檸檬汁,酸酸地好醒胃~一口size嘅薑葱醋鯖魚卷好perfect,裡面有薑、蔥、醋鯖魚,又酸又辣又juicy~呢度嘅串燒、燒魚係好正,可以睇到傳統嘅爐去燒,比普通火槍燒更香。另外,呢度入貨嘅明太子質素好日本地道,甜辣鮮恰到好處~所以鰯魚(沙甸魚)伴明太子、鹽燒鷄肝、芥末鶏柳、鶏腿肉,都好味~特別嘅山芋(淮山)明太子鐵板燒,又滑又黏之餘有明太子獨有嘅鮮辣味,仲有墨魚粒增加口感,唔係度度有。仲有個呢度signature嘅栃尾油炸豆腐,係新潟縣中央的小鎮栃尾歴史悠久嘅鄉土料理,師傅將呢款油豆腐上而加上吻仔魚,好似壽司咁好吸引,配上薑茸更好味。摸住杯Calpis Soda傾計都好暢快~
