跟住就係呢個拖羅大根卷,完全冇諗過大根卷會係醃製咗嘅蘿蔔粒,因為佢呢個嘅拖羅會將佢變成蓉,所以呢一個蘿蔔粒嘅作用就係令到佢個口感出現返,爽爽脆脆帶少少鹹味,成件事都好夾。

最後就係呢一度好獨特嘅燒魚,佢呢一個方式係真係喺日本嘅漫畫先會見到,將條魚插住喺爐邊燒,所以都幾花時間㗎。而外面只會加少少鹽嚟做調味,所以係食到佢最原始嘅感覺。

我諗香港人都會好少咁樣食魚,所以我哋都有啲無從入手。職員見我哋好疑惑都有走過來教我哋點樣食。原來係要將啲旗同埋頭尾拎開咗先,然後就可以喺中間抽條骨出嚟。跟住剩返嘅連埋內臟都可以連皮食。因為佢燒得好乾身,加埋少少嘅鹽,所以個皮都幾好味。而個魚肉亦都好嫩滑,同埋好鮮甜,而且一啲都唔會柴,好正。

依家個布甸幾特別,入口有香濃嘅牛奶味,質感就比較似平時食到嘅麻糬。

今餐嘅食物都幾特別,當中我自己比較欣賞嘅就係魷魚瓜天婦羅。
