To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日要去尖沙咀拎啲野， 順便一個人去搵下野食。行到去ISquare 個陣有個識講流利廣東話既印度人係到介紹印度餐廳，最後把心一橫就去左試吓啦。上到去，發現都原來幾多香港人去食，當然唔小得有啲印度家庭成家黎食野啦，老闆（呀哥）廣東話流利到不得了（土生土長香港人），好熱情咁問你食咩同埋介紹你食咩。最後我叫左個印度奶茶，鷹嘴豆咖喱，芝士薄餅。印度奶茶，飲落口好滑身，飲到一陣陣薑味同肉桂味，幾好飲，一個新既體驗。到鷹嘴豆同芝士薄餅，芝士薄餅好好食😋佢外脆內軟，中間食到微芝士而且入面唔會太乾身，配埋咖喱簡直一流，佢個鷹嘴豆咖喱好濃味落咗好多料，一個人嘅我已經食晒4塊薄餅😂下次會帶埋啲朋友黎食， 見到隔離枱佢地叫既野食都好吸引，多啲人食可以叫唔同款既野食走個陣老闆問我啲野岩唔岩食呀，睇得出佢都好用心係間鋪到，而且佢地餐廳好乾淨，見到返枱既時候佢地抹枱係用清潔劑抹，唔係就咁一條布抹一抹就算。
