To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出開鰂魚涌「隨心」地行一間新加坡餐廳，一坐低就嗌咗個招牌嘅隨心海南雞飯，貼心地已經去骨，雞肉非常嫩滑，個人最鍾意嘅甜豉油，蒜油同辣椒醬等我哋可以按個人口味調整，而且仲送埋有個湯添soup🍲小食就嗌咗個新加坡炒蘿蔔糕，份量比想像中大，而且非常惹味，蘿蔔糕外脆內嫩，味道十分豐富，有小小小小辣，我同個friend都食唔停口~另外仲叫咗個海南雞喇沙，湯底嘅味道非常濃郁，有好香嘅椰子味同咖哩味，亦都非常鮮甜，配料有豆芽同豆卜，米粉份量亦非常十足，食完之後成個人都暖曬🍜飲品方面我哋叫咗個檸檬薏米水同金桔檸檬，薏米水仲要係低糖版本，小小甜非常解渴，薏米煙煙靭靭咁，好似健康版嘅台式飲品咁XD，金桔檸檬嘅金桔味有少少重，亦都冇出面嗰啲咁甜，大推大推！🤤
