To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 特別喜歡吃烏冬面,所以一直在尋覓口感煙韌的手打烏冬,這間店果然沒有讓我失望!番茄湯必點!所有其他的湯底都可以選作番茄湯底,加10蚊就好。湯端上來,番茄幾乎都已經溶掉了,伴著清甜的粟米粒,啖啖絲滑,烏冬非常有水準,有彈性,有韌性,有嚼頭,又不會硬,吸收了番茄湯的香濃,嚼一嚼,滿齒留香!大贊!同時要了烤銀鱈魚和烤三文魚,銀鱈魚一上來就被瓜分了,賣相已經沒有,所有沒有照相。三文魚脂厚油多,烤出來的皮香脆但肉還未乾,非常值得一試。這款豆腐是意外之選,本以為普普通通的豆腐,卻沒想到做得非常不錯,芝麻醬沒有掩蓋掉濃郁的豆味,配頂上的蒜末吃又是另一番風味。
